Sir, I am sure you all have done this, but make sure to keep you local career counselors informed of your needs. Also maybe ask the local units to see if you can send someone to their units formation to talk about the jobs you offer and the promotion opertunities in your command. I know a lot of soldiers get in a unit and their MOS limits outs and they are stuck in their current rank.
