Direct commission packet expected to go to the AMEDD board. APFT score expires soon. Can't take another one because of profile.What can I do?

I'm working on a direct commission packet which is expected to go to the AMEDD board. My APFT score expires at the end of this month. I can't take another one within the next two months because of a temporary profile. Will my current situation have an effect on my Direct commission packet?

I'm not an AMEDD recruiter, but I am an Officer/Warrant Accessions NCO and yes, you will need an updated AFPT. It must be within 6 months of the board date.

I don't know the answer to your question. But, if it matters, and you have to resubmit, it may be for the best. Sometimes circumstances have an odd way of working themselves out. Maybe not. But, if the worst happens, you have to maintain your military bearing, keep a good attitude, and make the best of the situation. Control what you can control and accept what you cannot. Anything else is madness.

Who is handling your AMEDD packet? An AMEDD recruiter? I would seek guidance from him - if you're doing it yourself, then I would just contact the person you're submitting it to. It may also be helpful to attach a letter explaining your situation.
Of course, if you really want to play it safe, you could always just wait!
