When leaving for BCT, do I have to make weight by my height, or is passing tape acceptable?

I leave for basic in a few weeks. I am
Over weight based on the army chart. As I was at meps as well and got tape tested. I am
15% body fat so I passed but 15 lbs over weight. My recruiter asked if I would Make weight. Will I have to Be in my Chart guidelines or will they tape test me again?
