PCS'ing to Ft Stewart, looking for information on assignment info.

Coming from FT Wainwright, AK. ETA of 10OCT15. Do they decide if you get Ft Stewart or Hunter Army Airfield during In Processing or is that predetermined prior to my arrival? I would like to know due to the fact, I would like to start looking at all housing options well in advance.
Is there someone I could possibly call to see if that information is already available? Possibly MPD at either post. Thanks in advance for any and all information that is provided.

Usually it all depends on your MOS if your being station at Ft Stewart or Hunter But if you want to talk to some one call the 3ID improssing center. The housing personnel are also located in the same building or area i think they were there before i retired from there. Good luck on the marne train.
