Let me start by stating that I know this isn't a question but something that I feel others would like to see. So if this needs to be moved or deleted, by all means do so.

Anyways I saw this video yesterday and wanted to post it on the forum to get the word out for those that would be interested in viewing it. Very well done video that is built on leadership from a Military perspective. Definitely worth the view.

Great video, SPC Nate Lamphier! Thanks for sharing it with the RallyPoint community. I'm a fan of Coach K, always have been, and now I'm an even bigger fan - after learning that he was a West Point coach for those years.

On top of that, those were some pretty groovy pants he was wearing on the sidelines as the USMA basketball coach!

He says, "I instinctively feel a love for my country." "Failure is not a destination." He talks about patriotism and selfless service. And he has coached several national (Olympic) teams. What a great man!
