OMG this is so hard to articulate without the cursing that is going on in my head right now. How the hell is this happening on our installations? The VA has been a big enough issue, now our wounded warriors are being mistreated in our own facilities.

THIS IS UNACCEPPATABLE AND HEADS NEED TO ROLL

I don't want to see that we did stand down days and implemented processes to treat them better, I want to see people removed from positions, reduced in rank and never allowed to be in any position in or out of the military dealing with our wounded warriors.

I'd like to see and hear what occurs to these folks along with how our leadership is going to ensure this doesn't occur again.

Malingerers, Harassment, over medication, and other abuse anyone involved needs to be fired, I don't care if military or civilian get out of the Army, banned from posts. How we could treat our brothers and sisters like this is unfathomable and a disgrace to our branches.

Mistreat one of my Soldiers - I have two in WTUs right now - and I will pay you a visit.
You do not want that.
Trust me.

Shocking? Yes
Unwarranted? Yes

Am I surprised that Soldiers (wounded or otherwise) are abused or neglected? No. In the past 15 years Army leadership, from the GO to the CPL, don't give a rats ass about the individual Solider. They only care that the Command and Staff slide shows green. Amber and red are unsatisfactory. This isn't just the WTU at Hood, but rather it is across the board.

At most; all that will come of this is the quiet removal of the WTU leadership, mandatory training for the WTU cadre, and an additional stigma of being associated with the WTU or for having a profile.

Will heads roll!? Possibly. Will they be the correct heads rolling? Probably not.

This sounds like a toxic environment and my assumption is that it is laden with non hackers that do not make a positive impact in their own unit and were sent to the WTB/WTU to fill a tasking requirement - perhaps the cadre are personnel that would not be missed in the parent unit.
