What changes would you make to the following Service mission statements if you could?

"The Army’s mission is to fight and win our Nation’s wars by providing prompt, sustained land dominance across the full range of military operations and spectrum of conflict in support of combatant commanders [by] organizing, equipping, and training forces for the conduct of prompt and sustained combat operations on land, [and] [a]ccomplishing missions assigned by the President, Secretary of Defense and combatant commanders, and Transforming for the future." http://www.army.mil/info/organization/

"The mission of the Navy is to maintain, train and equip combat-ready Naval forces capable of winning wars, deterring aggression and maintaining freedom of the seas." http://www.navy.mil/navydata/organization/org-top.asp

"The mission of the United States Air Force is to fly, fight and win … in air, space and cyberspace [through] Global Vigilance, Reach and Power [in order to] develop[] Airmen, [provide] technology to war fighting and integrat[e] operations. " http://www.airforce.com/learn-about/our-mission/

"[T]he Marine Corps serves as an all-purpose, fast-response task force, capable of quick action in areas requiring emergency intervention" that "shall, at any time, be liable to do duty in the forts and garrisons of the United States, on the seacoast, or any other duty on shore, as the President, at his discretion, shall direct." http://www.theusmarines.com/Mission/.

"By law, the Coast Guard has 11 missions: Ports, waterways, and coastal security; Drug interdiction; Aids to navigation; Search and rescue; Living marine resources; Marine safety; Defense readiness; Migrant interdiction; Marine environmental protection; Ice operations; Other law enforcement." http://www.uscg.mil/top/missions/

If you have another version of a Service mission please share it and provide a source link.

I would add a cyber element (/aspect) to the Army's mission statement. The Air Force has it right by including cyberspace in its mission statement. There's no doubt in my mind that cyberspace is going to be a major part of future battles - for all Services. It needs to be addressed.
