Anyone having issues with the Vios website to schedule a DA Photo?

I for the life of me have not been able to get on Vios for months. Now my review period for the Board is approaching and I absolutely need to get this done. I have gone so far as to use other people's computers and even called DA Photo labs that I knew of who insist I schedule on Vios. Any other insights? Thank you!

Ma'am, are you trying to get onto VIOS from a civilian or government computer? Civilian computers won't load the site. I had to schedule mine from a government computer for last month. Worked like a charm.

Thank you! They did that with Tour of Duty also which makes no sense since Reserve component Soldiers are usually the ones looking on TOD. I'm currently in Europe not near a government computer and won't be for another month unfortunately. I understand why they do that but still annoying :) haha

I recently scheduled my appointment about one week ago and had no issues. Try walking in to your local multimedia center on your installation. I had to look up "VIOS JBLM" on facebook and it redirected me to a specific vios site for the "west" region. As a last resort you can find someone who can access the site and provide them your information in order to get it scheduled. Hope this helps
