At our old armory there was historically an officers latrine and an enlisted latrine. They haven’t been treated that way but one was recently labeled as ‘E7 and Above’. I didn’t think access to a latrine could be restricted outside of a UPL. And I didn’t think a particular latrine could be restricted as a rank privilege anymore. There are no other issues like cleanliness to back this up. Additionally the lights have been out in the ‘lower enlisted’ shower for months.

Personally, I'd talk to the Building/Facility Manager to find out if this was approved....

This sounds like there must have been some prior Navy guys in the unit leadership when this was set up (in the Navy E7 and up have separate everything). I can't think of any regulation against it but it's not something the Army traditionally has done.
