I am in my window for reenlistment. Received forward station from Camp Humphrey to Fort Carson before I was in my window. Retention informed me I can not reenlist for schools or duty station of choice due to on assignment. They told me to contact the branch manager for assignment deletion. Branch manager ignored the 5 emails I have sent the last 30 days including the several calls. My chain of command does not know what to do either.
Is there any advice for this situation?
End goal is to be able to reenlist for a school like airborne or assignment of choice.

PCS to your next assignment and reenlist there. Your branch manager is unlikely to remove you from assignment. However, if he hasn’t responded you can email his boss and CC him. Make sure you’re emailing from your military email.

WO1 (Join to see) good luck, I hope you get what you want. As far as options, I don’t think your MOS is authorized any Airborne positions except maybe in the 160th. You can request ASI training, although I don’t know what ASI’s are associated with your MOS
