Is anyone else having trouble accessing Ask (Assignment Satisfaction Key)?

Yeah, im just chalking it up to government website issues, Army websites are always a hit or miss.
I've been trying the last week to login and still haven't been able to.
I've tried at the education center and my laptop (i have all the dod certs and everything installed)
