I predict in the next 4 years:
1) WLC will be online
2) each unit will have a social media rep and/or there will be a social media class
3) I will have a female PL in an Infantry Platoon.
Not saying any of these are bad......just my predictions
Also, I will start my retirement terminal leave.

I predict in the next 4 years:
1) Women will serve as crew members on submarines
2) Women will be integrated into Seal Teams
3) we will have a new Commander in Chief
At least one of these will be true in the next 4 years. All of them are overdue.

3) US will pay out the butt for bonuses to get everyone back in!

I predict in the next 4 years:
1) we will still be debating the merits of a new duty uniform
2) we will forget most of the lessons learned with COIN in Iraq and Afghanistan
3) twitter will be used by major commands to put out info installation wide on a daily basis
