The next step is to talk to your gosh darned chain of command. Seriously, your team leader should be tracking everything and probably even escorting you to most of it.

His profile says National Guard, so probably not the case here. The training NCO is probably tracking it, but depending on the state it may be a very independent process, especially during corona when everyone is "working" from home.
