Morale of Junior Enlisted through Senior Enlisted and Officers (What can be done to increase it?)

So lately I have been overhearing a lot of people talking about their morale being extremely low in the workplace and outside of it. I would like to know how everybody is doing and how they feel as of right now. What can be done to up your morale and make the workplace more enjoyable to all soldiers?

With the cuts and many on pins and needles if they can stay, my morale is pretty low, too. I know that COLA is tied to the currency exchange but it is pretty hard to budget a 700 dollar a month pay cut.
