Is the GAFPB allowed to be flush to the left with name tape on the ASUs?

If the lapel will be covering it, then yes you are allowed to dress it to the right. As long as you have it aligned. DA PAM 670-1 is your guidance.

That's what I assumed, but i doesn't specifically say the foreign badges. It mentions the regimental crest, but not foreign badges.
