Can you access enterprise email browser version?

The last few days I have been attempting to access my enterprise email but have been unable to. I keep getting this error: "This site can't be reached." I am wondering if it is an issue on my end or a problem with the DOD servers? Please let me know if you are currently able to access the web version of the enterprise email. Thanks!

I'm on OWA right now.
Most of the time, when you get an error page, just hitting F5 (refresh) gets you past it.
