A federal judicial panel in New Orleans on Tuesday denied the Obama administration’s request to lift an injunction on President Obama’s expanded deferred action program for illegal immigrants, throwing into doubt whether the program will begin before the president leaves office.

The President’s attempt to bypass the will of the American people was successfully checked again today ... I definitely think the court made the right decision.

I think the court is right. This does indeed go beyond the selective enforcement of the law and grants new rights to those ineligible to receive them.
