I am trying to obtain the contact information for a local Officer Accessions office in the Northern Virginia area. Can anybody point me in the right direction?

If you have any interest in getting a Masters degree, in my opinion ROTC is the best path to a commission. I recommend contacting ROTC at a school local to you. They can commission you in as little as a year of the program for prior service.

Sir, Thank you for your valuable input. This is not a method of Commissioning that I had previously considered. I will look into this option while I continue my search for answers.
