I expect that the next president addresses National Security right away, allow the military to do what it takes to protect the citizens of the US. Do not worry if we offend our enemy, do not worry what other countries think and take care of this country. Bottom line do whatever it takes to fix the USA's problems and help it's citizens.

Leadership would be a stretch, so how about the ability to get along with Congress and pass meaningful legislation that considers US interests and citizens FIRST and illegal immigrants DEAD LAST.

Why ask this political question? Haven't you learned ALL politicians are 1) self serving, 2) greedy, 3) incompetent, 4) liars and 5) LAZY. The next president won't succeed any further than the current one without a complete enema of CONGRESS ( Senate and House ). Those individuals having spent more than 20 years need to retire. Those making more than 1 million annually need to retire and be taxed heavy. lastly those asking for more money need to live on a SERVICE Persons salary.

We need someone that is willing and able to work with both the Senate and Congress. We also need someone that genuinely cares for and inspires us as a nation.

Of course the status quo will be tolerable, until it isn't. I imagine if America ever gets to that state, then we'll truly see dramatic and grim events.
