I have found a decrease in the service and respect since the new Administration took office. I will be going private.

The VA reginal offices are not all on the same page is many ways. In 1968 the Los Angles CA VA determined I was 100% disabled after the NAVY put me on TDRL. I was this way for five years then dropped to 50%. In Phoenix AZ the VA said in 1985 I was 80% plus unemployable. In 1994 Phoenix VA Regional office said I was totally and perinatally 100% service connected disabled. Then in 1995 the Reginal VA in St, Louis, MO said I was home bound. I did not even ask for that. But it was very accurate. I was told that I never should have been dropped ever from 100% disability.

Here is my opinion for what its worth. All Regional VA Comp. hearings should be the same. From the time the Navy put me on TDRL on Sept. 1968 until this very date I have had years of suffering, and income that went up and down. I took jobs to care for my family that about killed me. There is a lot more to my story, but the VA Regional offices in Phoenix and St Louis help me a lot. That 50years ago in LA and I hope there has been great improvement.
