How many phases is 38B Civil Affairs AIT? If I'm going to Tulsa, where will it be?

I am reclassing into the reserves as a 38B Civil Affairs Specialist and would like to know more about the transition. I will be in school during my reserve commitment and need more timeline information. Does anyone know how many phases AIT is and where it will be if I'm going to Tulsa?
