Will the Army Retired Service Identification (ID) badge change with new Army logo?

While, I'm far from retiring, I was just curious if anyone knew if the badge will change to have the new Army star.

"The Badge"? Do you mean a Uniformed Services ID Card? If so, it will have the Service seal. If the Army changes it's seal in the future to include the star, then it would likely include that.

I mean the badge that's worn on uniforms by retired personnel. I tried attaching an image but it looks like it didn't't show.

The one that you showed is the current one and there doesn't appear to be any messages that a change is coming. That doesn't mean it won't change in the future though, just that the doesn't appear to be any announced change.
