This is crazy!
So she has an arrest record a mile long, obviously uses illegal drugs, doesn't use her turn signal, doesn't insure her vehicles, drives like she owns the road, seems to care less about anyone else, won't pay her fines, but it's "unfathomable" to her SISTER??? cause she "truly knew the depths of her" - uh, yeah - OK.
“Based on the Sandy that I knew, that’s unfathomable to me,” said her sister Sharon Cooper, who has been acting as the family’s spokesperson, said. “That’s the word that keeps ringing true for me. That’s very challenging to believe based on the Sandy that I, we and everyone that you have seen an outpouring of love from who knew her, truly knew her, truly knew the depths of her, the core of her, that’s unfathomable right now.”

You never know what is going on in someone else's head. I just wish someone (maybe her family or friends) had taught her how to behave around the police. Be respectful, listen to what they say, do what they say. A wise man once told me "You can beat the rap, but you can't beat the ride". So if they decide to place you under arrest (even unjustly) you can do it they easy way or the hard way, but either way you're going to jail. She clearly chose to do it the hard way or was so personally out of control that she couldn't think and act reasonably.

So why in the world would her sister (of all people) say "truly knew her, truly knew the depths of her, the core of her" - I'd say that's pretty ignorant unless for some reason all this news dating back more than 10 years is "news" to her!

CMSgt Mark Schubert lol She did not know her sister... or she refused to see the bad in her. It's like the stories of mom's like Louise Bundy (Ted Bundy's mother) who refused to accept the guilt of her son as a serial killer. We only want to see the best in the ones we love... to a fault.

Chief, none of us know the "real" somebody like we think we do. Nearly everyone has a hidden side. It may only come out when drinking or in a fit of rage. Hopefully most of us are nice and quiet in our "other" self. Right, CMSgt Mark Schubert? LOL :D
