What is your most thought provoking interview question?

When conducting an interview, asking specific questions with only a right or wrong answer have their place, but what is a question you have used, or been asked, that gives you good insight to whether or not a prospective employee will be a good fit?
One of my favorites is:
Describe your biggest military accomplishment; with the follow on question of what their biggest military disappointment is.
I have a few ethical situation questions I throw in the mix as well.

If you are traveling at the speed of light... and you turn your headlights on... will you see your lights?
Seriously, the hardest one for me to answer, and for many others (I have interviewed) is "Tell us why you are the right person for this position."

Hmmm Sir, sure that one would catch them off guard! Maybe bring a quick moment of humor to an intense situation.

1SG Jeffrey Grice - Sorry.... someone asked that one, when I was at OCS... to some zoomie Colonel who was briefing us the Strategic Air Command. I know it provided no value added to your question.

I once got asked how my typing skills were. It was thought provoking because all I could think about after that was how these guys were just making it up as they went along.

That would be a tough one to answer on the spot MSG (Join to see) , other than the easy comment, "You shouldn't hire the next person", would almost lead you into what is good about you.
