My greatest responsibility was to mentor my subordinates. I believed that was the only way our Military can continue to be the greatest Army in the world. A lot of Leaders today are afraid to mentor their subordinates because they feel it threatens their job. Well hell, if you do your job it is not threatened. Joe Wolfe

I'm not a leader, but doing everything in my power help my unit, and any soldier that need help.

You may not fill a billet that denotes that, but that doesn't mean you can't be one. I was taught in MCRD (bootcamp) that anyone that charges first is a leader...

The operation involved some 75,000 troops and 261 naval vessels, and led to the recapture of the South Korean capital of Seoul two weeks later.[3] The code name for the operation was Operation Chromite.
