Are you aware of your body language and the message it conveys?

As a former police detective, we took tons of training in interviewing and interrogation techniques which focused upon verbal communications, body language, head and eye movements, individual "ticks." BTW, watching Hillary during TV interviews is massively hilarious. That woman is a textbook classic!!!

I've read into this a couple times. Understanding body language will change the way you communicate.

Never stopped to think about it; the crossed arms and failure to smile are perhaps among my unintended errors. The rest I have been aware of when sizing up others.
