Most of my awards and letters of commendation/appreciation are in a book. The rest of the stuff is in a file cabinet. I was told never to throw away papers given to you by the Army. I am proud of my military service and still serve in veterans organizations and military-themed youth organizations. I want to give back to fellow veterans and inspire youth to serve our country. Now that we significantly upsized our home in Idaho, I commandeered a room downstairs for my Man Cave. I has all my reloading machines and everything else to pass the time away. So at some point I'll crack open the boxes and hang them in there. I was never into "I Love Me" walls but the family thinks it's a good idea. Another project will be a shadow box that was made up for me but never filled. That may go in the entertainment room downstairs as well.
