That was in the Missouri National Guard regulation 600-8-19. Reason being, even though it is not a prerequisite to your promotion, every one as they progress will have to take it. I had completed ALC-CC last year, and I am not required to complete SSD-2. I had that same fear recently with my SSG packet.
