American Divorce Trends...who gets what and why? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/american-divorce-trends-who-gets-what-and-why <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>How will future Gay/Lesbian Divorce court decisions go down?<br /><br />I&#39;m a bit curious to see the future Divorce Statistics of Male-Male couples and Female-Female couples in terms of who gets half or more of what...and compare it to Male-Female divorces and the same statistics...just in terms of belief that when courts financially rape men by giving so much to divorced women (which I see as admission by the courts that these women can&#39;t go earn the same figures on their own) that its just another situation where someone wants the benefits of equality without the responsibilities of that equality.<br /><br />I would use Michael Jordan having to give his ex 250-Million as my case in point. Because, you know, 25-Million wouldn&#39;t somehow be enough for her and her kids to live comfortably...that takes 250-Million (eyeroll).
