<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I'm not sure if it's a good or bad time to draw down, but I do think they utilize anxiety checks to assist with draw downs. No, I'm not sure Russia, Iran and China aren't threats. Lately we've been battling a lot of domestic terrorists more so than foreign.
