If you gotta do pushups while you have that cyst, you might try that. FYI: there are some funny videos of people doing this on YouTube. A doctor will most likely drain the fluid (aspiration) with a needle. Either way, once it is removed you shouldn&#39;t have problems with push-ups. That or if you have push-up handles they can also aid in that. If you don&#39;t have handles but have dumbbells (preferably with flat sides so they don&#39;t roll on you) they will also work.<br /><br />As others have said, may want to get it checked out. I understand you are trying to get back in through the Guard but sometimes you have to serve yourself a bit before you can serve your country/state.
