Any trick of the trade or tips for Sapper school?

Headed to Sapper School Thursday, i already completed graduated Ranger School but i know this is a totally different beast. I was wondering if anyone got any tips on any of the tasks ill be facing there

I'd also suggest using the search bar for "Sapper" and filtering by "answers"

Know your knots inside and out, checks and safeties. The demo stuff they will teach you, but it helps to have basic knowledge of components and purposes. You will have no problem with patrolling phase, be ready to step up and stay focused. Sleep management, drag your battle through everything and don't go see a medic unless you are really injured.
