<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Not in Iowa but I was supposed to receive my re-enlistment bonus after October 31st. My Retention adviser so that there is a freeze on the payouts. We are waiting on the NGB to release the money. It could be today, tomorrow or Friday! Who knows!?
