I made three recommendations on three separate individuals only the first on a CSM went thru. After I learned of the “unwritten” requirements under the commands I served I had a real lesson in the “ politics” involved at getting a LOM for deserving Soldiers. Just be sure you get your COC guidance on it both written and unwritten.
