Are humans De-Evolutionizing?

We humans are the ONLY animals who kill for sport. In the lowest levels of our brain, you could call it the reptilian brain. The part of the brain responsible for "fight or flight." ( IF my high school biology class serves me well) I'm NOT a Sociology professor but if some one does " wrong", why do we do " wrong" buy braking windows, burning businesses down to the ground, ect. You see it after pro games from the winning side and the losing side. WHY??? What purpose does it serve the community? " Two evils don't make a right" Just saying.

I don't think that is any sign of de-evolution but rather a hold over from our ancestors.

There are many people who won't integrate themselves into society. Therefore, most do not hold the values of the society as important.
