As a civilian, I find it amazing to see the neocons have picked up exactly where they left off with the Bush administration. Are there hundreds of thousands of amped soldiers looking forward to another war in the middle east?

As a veteran, I find it amazing that you have no appreciation for the fact that you are not required to speak German, Arabic, Russian, or Farsi right now.
Generally, soldiers are just geared up to protect America.
I am not sure if you remember what happened on 9-11, but I do. I had been out of the Army for 11 years at the time. I could not sleep for days, finally, I called a recruiter and went back in.
It wasn't about going to war, it was about keeping the fight off American shores so no more innocent CIVILIANS had to die.
In the meantime, I had to learn German, Arabic, Pashtun, and Farsi.

As a Soldier, I find it amazing that a civilian would come on a service member/veteran website in an attempt to spark controversy (or at least that is what it seems you are doing). If that is the case, you likely picked the wrong social media platform.

Thirty-five nations have all revoked diplomatic status of Iranian "diplomats" for planning, financing, staffing, training, equipping, and or staffing terrorist attacks against host country personnel, Iranian opposition personnel in country, third party personnel, and commercial interests. That is just "diplomats" who are direct agents of Iran. That doesn't include independent agents recruited from host country, or third party actors.

How do you propose to deal with them?

Rallypoint is not a place where civilians can ask questions or comment about current policy changes. Read through the comments, you will only find anonymous insults and people thinking I should thank them. Won't be posting here again. Keep sending me the emails though. The emails give real insight to the military and I appreciate the time people take to thoughtfully answer the questions. I suppose I was foolhardy in thinking I would get the same treatment.
