Additionally, commander’s discretion.

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Technically by the regs no it’s not, but I’ve seen many an officer with obviously tailored ACUs so the tops aren’t as baggy. So like anything else roll the dice and hope some CSM or 1stSGT isn’t having a bad day and decides to call you on it.
