The law is a civil construct. Ethics are a different topic. However, it is hard to argue that doing something illegal is right. The specific context and application of the not-illegal action matters. I instantly thought of two examples where a legal action would not be considered morally "right." Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Jun 10 at 2019 6:06 AM 2019-06-10T06:06:14-04:00 2019-06-10T06:06:14-04:00 MSgt Michael Smith 4710780

Could you please be a little more vague? Or in other words, what I consider right/morale may differ greatly from what you recognize as the same.

Legal/legality is a term that defines an actions allowance by law. There is zero subjectively to it; it is either allowed or not allowed. Beliefs/ethics do not come into play here.

So to answer your question, it depends on the individual, the action, and the location of the event.
