I like the Samsung Health application. It has a pedometer that runs all the time, keeps track of calories burnt during the day, you can enter the calories that you take in, tracks heart rate and you can use it for exercise, running biking and so forth will give you a map of your route. It is a great app. SCPO Private RallyPoint Member Tue, 09 Sep 2014 03:12:56 -0400 2014-09-09T03:12:56-04:00 Response by PV2 Private RallyPoint Member made Sep 9 at 2014 2:04 PM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/best-running-apps-for-your-phone?n=234266&urlhash=234266 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Map my run is a good one. The free one is cool. I really like that one. Right now, I&#39;m using Couch-To-5K to get back to running again. It&#39;s been a huge asset. I&#39;ve used it all around the world. My only issue with it is the developers have gone to a more commercial format. It seems to be less about tracking a workout than connecting to social media and sharing your results with the world. I might try some of the other apps mentioned above but I really don&#39;t want to lose my history. Oh well.
