Can I add my Commandants List Award from BLC into my SRB?

I received the commandants list award when I attended BLC and I just noticed it’s not on my SRB? How can I add this in the awards and decorations under Section IX in the SRB? What would be the abbreviations for it?

That's a good question. I know you can put DMG on their. I'll ask around.

Commandant's list is not an award, it's an annotation of how well you did in that school on your DA 1059.
And that annotation on your 1059 is what the promotion board will look at.

As stated it is not an award. You also can't add it to your NCOER. Anything that is on your AER can not be used on your NCOER.

In AR 623–3
The time period covered by an AER is counted as nonrated time on OERs and NCOERs covering the same period.

Since it is out of your rated time you can't use anything from that time period.
