Followed up on the issue and was determined i have ulner nerve damage, i now have an appointment with Nero to determine whats going on. My hand hand been numb for 6 weeks now lost 50% of my grip strength and cant use my hand in the cold or do anyrhing i used to do. Is there a way for me to ask for med board because of this, is this a valid reason and if they offer surgery and i take it could i still get med? Try to fix the issue, before you have it end your career. Your questions should be focused oh rehabilitation and not disability. You’ll know when it gets to that point and if you’re wanting a career in the Army, at least try to fix it first. I’ll be honest and tell you that if you’re asking for a MEB and wondering what procedures will give you a better percentage over the other, it already looks bad.
