Can I get chaptered for failing two record APFTs within a year?

So long story short failed my first one once I got to my first duty station and got in remedial, three months later i pass my next record APFT and now I got one coming up will I just be out on remedial again if I fail or will I be chaptered?

Yes you can be chaptered out for failing two records in a year. Is there an underlying medical issue that is causing you to fail? What event is causing problems for you?

Ok so you fail one, got flagged, went on remendial then passed your next one. Your flag should have then been lifted.

Now, if you fail another one, you will be flagged again. And if your second failure falls within a 12 month rolling period yes you can and most likely will be chaptered out.
