This will place me a year out from my ETS date of 28 Aug 2020. This morning, I received notification that I have an RFO with a report date of 6 Jan 2020. I still plan on dropping the REFRAD, but will this cancel my orders? Or will I still PCS and then ETS from the new duty station? Can I still ETS while a RFO has been placed? 2019-07-29T18:55:02-04:00 1LT Private RallyPoint Member 4861514 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Next month, I will be dropping my REFRAD to begin the ETS process. I&#39;ve seen the same scenario multiple times. They could choose not to let you go, or ETS you at your current location.
