This will place me a year out from my ETS date of 28 Aug 2020. This morning, I received notification that I have an RFO with a report date of 6 Jan 2020. <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>If you do a refrad and it gets approved, you won’t be able to PCS, you will remain at your current duty station until your ETS.
