Can someone currently in the Army get information on a soldier who has been out for a little over a year?

A female CPT keeps calling my husband to talk. She said she wants to hang out and drink with us but hasn’t made any effort to be my friend. Shes also currently having a sexual relationship with a E6 who’s been in a relationship for over 4 years. Shes constantly calling him to the point where we were arguing. After arguing he blocked her number because he doesn’t want to get a divorce because of her. Well a few weeks after blocking her number she shows up on our door step to “surprise” us because she was “in the area.” She drills 45 mins away from where we live. I told her she wants welcome and I didn’t know how she got our address. She made an excuse and said she got it from one of the 4th of July parties (we’ve never had a 4th of July party at our house). I was wondering if it was possible for her to get it by looking me or my husband’s information up or get it from S1. My husband has been out for a little over a year and I’ve been out for 2. Also is there anything I can do about this?

It’s Fairly Simple to Get Someone’s Address.
If She’s Knows Both Of Your Full Names, A Google Search Can Usually Find Your Address.
If She Knows Your Phone Number She Can Do A Reverse Number Search, Which Can Also Result In Getting Your Address .
I Found A Cousin By Doing A Google Search All I Had To Do Was Type In Her First,Middle And Last Name Age And States Where I Thought She May Be, It Took Some Time But I Got Her Phone Number And Address And We Reconnected After 30 Years.
So She Didn’t Have To Use Anything Military To Locate You And Your Husband.
As Far As What You Could Do Too Put A Stop To Her Contacting Your Husband, First Try And Record Any Phone Calls, Get A Copy Of Your Phone Records, If She Comes To Your Home Video The Encounter Then Contact Your Local Police And File A Harassment Complaint.
Also Contact Her CoC And Make Them Aware Of The Situation. If They Don’t Do Anything Then Contact The IG .
As Much As You Would Like To Kick Her A$$ Don’t That Would Just Get You In Trouble With Your Local Police.

I'd just take your account of the details to the IG and possibly local police. They will help you take it from there. Document all of those communications, and retain them for the future, you will need them.

SSG Private RallyPoint Member While anything is possible, the more likely solution is, the offending person just searched your name or number.
In 30 seconds I found your address, husband's name, social media user names, 8 phone numbers, relatives, neighbors, 11 email addresses and more. Same kind of info for your Husband.

Contact the Servicemembers unit commander, and suggest they can deal with the issue, or the next senior commander and the State Guard IG can. Include in the written letter of concern the names and contact info for both of the senior folks.
Send it registered mail, and request a written response from the unit commander. Give a reasonable timeline for the commander to look into the issue and respond. Be polite and professional, remember, the commander is not currently the issue.

There are numerous databases that any individual can access that with a name, they will provide addresses, phone numbers, Email accounts, etc... One of them is White Pages. If they want to go further, most counties have searchable databases of property owners. If they know the county you live in, they can just do a search for your name in the property index.

While a few have pointed out this would have been pretty easy through social media, there are a couple ways to do this in systems of record in the Guard.
In DPRO, the Soldier Locator Tool retains some profile information after you separate, to include all of your Guard gain and loss dates, as well as your last grade, PMOS, unit of assignment and home of record at the time of separation.
Any AGR in your state could do that.
IPERMS also retains records, and your last unit, BN, BDE and the state G1 would be able to access your iPERMS records, everything up to your separation from the Guard of that state.
If this CPT is not an AGR, it probably would have been easier to use social media and address/phone number search sites like whitepages, zlookup or a dozen other sites.

File a protection order against her. Then, if she shows up again, you can call the police.

Was she in your husband's unit or yours? If not, Idk how she'd get any of his information. She could have done a background check search on him. A lot of those sites you pay and it's not that much even just a month worth of searches or a one time search. She could have gotten his address that way.

You have evidence she's harassing your husband and you told her to stay away. It may depend on your state but I would look up your county court website, see what forms there are for either harassment protection order or a restraining order and fill that out and file it.

An officer could conceivably gay an S1 or clerk to pull names. But there are several ways to find this basic info online.

SGM Marquez nailed it. You can most certainly shake her tree. At the very least it is Conduct Unbecoming a Commissioned Officer.

As a retired CID special agent who retired as a CW3 in 12/1994, I spent nearly 25 years as an insurance investigator, anti-piracy investigator, chief deputy coroner, university department chair and professor, as well as a counterintelligence operative overseas, I can just about find anyone lawfully, if I put my mind to it. Think what someone could do with using unlawful techniques.
