Even though the people moved my stuff when I got here is it possible to get them to help me move again even if it's not for pcs. Any move after is at your own expense.

Prime example of not picking somewhere to live unless you plan to stay. But that is local policy, and the Army itself absolutely will not pay to move you. A lot of it also depends on why you "need" to move on post, such as if it's command directed or for an emergency. However, there is always another order or addendum to the previous order. Usually, that will comes from the garrison-command of that post. This unit is the one in charge of the housing and everything to run the base. However, their problem would come down to money. If they have to do you, they would have to do for everyone else that comes after you. Now you can see the problem, right? The best solution? A general or general's staff (RHIP).
