cant reach my contracting agency, now what? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/cant-reach-my-contracting-agency-now-what <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Need some help gang. Sadly I just had my contract terms ended early due to its termination from the agency and the unit. Simple mismatch of needs and styles is all. Left on good terms. My issue now is going back to USA. My agency that held my contract has went MIA for 10 days now. 0 reply in email or phone from anyone. I&#39;m stuck trying to see what if any support I&#39;ll get from them to return to the states at this time. I&#39;m on a time crunch to as my papers require me out of country by Dec 3 if I dont exit EU and come back on tourist passport to extend. What&#39;s a guy to do if he cant reach anyone at all after a week +? Otherwise, contact the Contracting Officer. They can let you know know what requirements the Government has imposed on your company and they probably have a means to contact them. If there is no Government requirement, you may be on your own even if you have a contract with your company. Your recourse for that contract may be suing your Company after you return. The DoD may have no responsibility to assist you if the contact is ended. Work with your employer. Also contact the closest US Embassy or consulate to help with your visa status.
