<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>In an effort to cut costs (or pass them on to the consumers), the military seems to be converting everything to pre-9/11 benefits.<br><br>I personally do not like this, BUT, in this time of physical uncertainty, this is what is becoming a reality.
