What a surprise and a humbling honor to be recognized by the RallyPoint community. I look forward to continuing to meet people from across all the branches of service and the DoD.

Most importantly, I would like to thank the veterans who have served our great Nation so courageously. Your example of professionalism, proficiency, and the Warrior Ethos have set the standards high for those of us who now walk in your shadow. Me: Thanks Kanye I totally agree with you.

Kind of freaks me out that you can win prizes for giving advice and/or opinion. I just happen to be in a position where I am sitting on my ass all day in front of this computer and have the opportunity to share some experience and knowledge with other leaders. Nine more months and that probably won't be the case.

I appreciate the discussions but you can keep the prize or give it to someone else.
