Here's an idea, create an all-female infantry unit and send them in against ISIS.

This is great. The "girls" appear to be a well run, motivated, military unit. Maybe instead of mixed sex combat units, all female combat units would be a better way to go. Just throwing it out there.

Some army's do that have a separate female unit. I don't know about getting one going but it may not be a bad idea. I would like to see how a female unit would stack up against an all male unit compared to a mixed unit.

Served on 3 Security Alert Teams. The 1st one I was #2 man. I married me a Country Girl that could Out Shoot Me. I know better than telling any Lady she can't do something. If they have the skills, more power too them. I worked with some of the Female Leaders in my Community. I know better than say I'm Better (They usually bragged me up but I knew damn well I was nowhere near them, Leaders in Computers/Telecommunications)

I think that it is a great idea. The fact is, there are some of us that are capable. I can remember back to BCT, which was 2012 for me, having to do 15 pull ups after a 10 mile ruck. There were only 3 of us that could complete this. We had to do strict pull ups and with our weapons slung. I was one of the 3. I know that some may think that Chaplains Assistants are soft and a "cake" MOS in all branches but we have an infantry side to us and I for one love that side. So, I participate in the combatives program and I am an amateur boxer. Not to go on a bragging session or anything and I apologize if that's how it comes off but I live for excitement and thrill. If I get a challenge then I am all for it. Not to prove anything, it's just me and I know that there are a lot of females out there like me. We should at least try it. If it fails then great job for all of those experts who said that it's a bad idea. If not, great.
