If I can get to 30 minutes I keep going until heart rate tops the safe range for old guy workouts.. I think the majority of people that do crossfit is the same reason people do HIIT training classes or other forms of class setups because it offers a community that gives support and challenges you to compete against others. With Power lifting or Bodybuilding is primarily a independent accomplishment with the exception of have a workout buddy, but you are almost always motivating yourself through idea appeal that you want to be and fitness level, some people need that extra push and Crossfit I imagine offers that community where they hold each other accountable like a workout buddy with the exception that you know they are going to almost always be there because they are paying for it vs you pay for a gym membership and decide if you want to hit it today or take a week off SSgt Paul Esquibel Fri, 12 Aug 2016 23:28:32 -0400 2016-08-12T23:28:32-04:00 Response by LTC Private RallyPoint Member made Aug 13 at 2016 7:14 PM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/crossfit-junkies-how-many-of-you-do-crossfit-wod-s-daily-why?n=1803830&urlhash=1803830 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I see a lot of positives from CF now that I attended their Level 1 cert. At the HQ level, they have a lot of science and solid ideas. There is no such thing as bad workouts, but there sure is bad coaching. Lots of that going on these days...
